There are three stages of spatial sequences; void, live/work, and rest.  

 

The positioning of the ovoid incubator divides the apartment space into public and private zones. With both zones being able to alter its use; either both zones become public or private. The void spaces give versatility of its use for any occasion.  Live/work space furnishes both zones for daily practical use.  Resting transformation offers configurative privatized space.
