Cloudscape Architecture Inc. (CA) is a Vancouver-based, full-service boutique firm founded in 2018. Our comprehensive range of services includes feasibility studies, rezoning and functional programming, interior design, and full architectural services.

TEAM
Eiza Kibayashi
Eiza's architectural journey took him to the renowned firm of Frank Gehry in Los Angeles, where he contributed his talents as a design team member for the Foundation Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy Museum in Paris, France.
Upon returning to Vancouver, Eiza brought his unique blend of global design sensibilities to Arno Matis Architecture, where he served as a senior associate. He worked on numerous rezoning projects, providing design leadership and strategic guidance to local developers and foreign stakeholders new to Canada. Eiza's unwavering commitment to design excellence has earned him a reputation as a highly respected and sought-after architect in the Lower Mainland and beyond.
Eiza is a registered architect with the Architectural Institute of British Columbia and the Alberta Association of Architects.
Josh Kim
In the early 2000s, Josh immigrated to Vancouver with his family from Seoul, South Korea, where he later pursued his passion for architecture at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. At BCIT, Josh specialized in Architectural & Building Technology, developing a deep understanding of the technical and practical aspects of architecture.
After completing his studies at BCIT, Josh embarked on a career in architecture that would take him back to his home country of South Korea. He joined JINA Architects, one of the most prominent architectural firms in the country, where he worked on a wide range of projects. Among these was the development of the Phoenix Tourist-Leisure City Master Plan in Arizona, U.S. This project spanned an impressive 1,110 acres and required a high degree of collaboration and technical skill.
Throughout his career, Josh has demonstrated a keen eye for detail and a commitment to design excellence.

Cloudscape Architecture does not apply generic solutions to our projects. We consider every project as a unique statement about the site’s past, present and future.
TEAM
Eiza Kibayashi
Eiza received his professional degree in architecture from McGill University, and enrolled in the doctorate program at Waseda University in Tokyo, and studied architecture in London, England. Following McGill, Eiza was with the office of Frank Gehry and was a design team member of the Foundation Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy Museum in Paris, France. Upon his return to Vancouver, Eiza acted as a senior associate at Arno Matis Architecture and led numerous rezoning projects assisting local developers such as Aquilini, Marcon, Onni, Landa, Holborn, Townline and foreign stakeholders new to Canada.
Josh Kim
Hailing from Seoul, South Korea, Josh moved to Vancouver in the early 2000s with his family. Josh attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology and studied Architectural & Building Technology. After his enrollment at the BCIT, he was at JINA Architects in Seoul, one of the prominent architectural firms in South Korea. Sing Mak
Sing Mak was born and raised in Hong Kong, and moved to Ontario, to pursue a career in architecture.
Sing graduated from Carleton University in Ottawa and furthered his studies through a professional degree in architecture from the University of British Columbia. Sing has worked with numerous design firms in Vancouver, most notably with Romses Architecture and Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership. He is a prolific and a gifted designer who has won numerous visualization awards and his work has been published in architectural magazines worldwide. At Romses Architecture, his design won first prize in a Vertical Farm competition.
Leo Morales

Leo was born in Manila, Philippines, and moved to Vancouver in the early 1980’s with his wife.
Leo obtained his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Far Eastern University in Manila, and an architectural technologist degree from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. With over 20 years of architectural experience, Leo was a production manager at Chernoff Thompson Architects and Henriquez and Partners. He has worked on prestigious institutional projects for the University of British Columbia, Simon Fraser University and the University of Victoria. He is a technical specialist and his outstanding understanding of construction detailing and stellar coordination skills have delivered excellent quality projects.
